4. First Women’s Fatal-4-Way Proves A Fun Watch

Being honest, the double team heat stuff with Nia Jax and Piper Niven slowed things to a crawl, but there was enough going on generally to keep things interesting in the first women's Fatal-4-Way. Jade Cargill was the right choice as winner, and the spot with her being thrown over the announce desk then landing on Wade Barrett worked well.

Special mention goes to Barrett for selling that, then making sure to put over that Jade had a more painful landing than him. His sudden shift from selling himself to talking about her made things even more impressive when Cargill collected herself and sprinted back into the ring for the finish. She really does come across as a star in the making no matter what she's doing, so the second half of her 2025 could be worth keeping an eye on.

No, this isn't a match that’ll live long in the memory or win any year end awards, but it deserves an ‘Up’ for Jade’s power performance throughout and the finish. Credit to Niven for posting well and taking Jaded like a champ. She, like Alba Fyre, knows that her role in the women's division these days is to take a kicking and keep coming back for more, and she wears it well; hopefully that gets rewarded with a Women's Tag-Team Title tilt someday.

The first female 4-Way was way better than the second one. So, if you're only going to watch one of them, make it Jax vs. Piper vs. Michin vs. Cargill. They had the benefit of going on earlier than Flair, Bliss, Fyre and LeRae, and that helped.
