4. Wasn’t Feeling That Main Event

The retooled Bloodline unit has been involved in some fun, house show style mains over the piece, but this one vs. Kevin Owens and The Street Profits was a miss. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins replacing DIY was fine, albeit unnecessary, but something was a little off from the start. It didn't really feel like this bout achieved anything.

Answers on a postcard.

The disqualification ending with Tonga Loa sending KO into the ring steps came out looking flat as well. Maybe it's for the best that The Profits didn't stare at the lights, and there's certainly no need to beat Owens right now, but the finish still felt a tad cheap somehow. Again, something was just...missing.

Of course, the six man was little more than a vehicle for creative to get to the parting shot they wanted with a fired up Cody Rhodes. Fair play, although that doesn't excuse how 'been there done that' the headliner came out. There are only so many of these matches fans can see before they start getting old.
