4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (June 3)

2. Tag. Team. Wrestling.

Riddle The Usos

The Usos vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and Riddle II was always going to deliver. Their recent Raw battle was good clean fun up until the expected disqualification finish, and everyone tuning into SmackDown knew they'd get a worthy sequel in the main event.

Riddle and Naka have gelled well during this temporary alliance, and The Usos seem so motivated to put in top performances as Undisputed Tag-Team Champs. Seriously, if you're a sucker for solid tag-team wrestling, then you'll enjoy this one - it was really, really good stuff.

The overall focus on Riddle was welcome too.

He was SmackDown's MVP ('Most Valuable Player', not Montel Vontavious Porter), and he's become a real highlight on WWE telly generally. Best of all, Riddle is thriving without Randy Orton by his side, which was never a given.
