4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (March 29 - Results & Review)

4. Weak Tag Number Two

Grayson Waller Austin Theory

Austin Theory and Grayson Waller qualifying for the 'Mania ladder fray is cool and all, but this wasn't a banner showing for the lads vs. The Street Profits. Again, the match was short and not a great deal happened make it snappy or worthwhile in spite of that. It just sort of existed.

Boo.

Tag wrestling can be the best kind of wrestling, but matches need room to breathe and both teams need to be on. Sadly, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins are already back to spinning their wheels following a bit of spark alongside Bobby Lashley. Seriously, what are they hoping to achieve these days other than go through the motions?

Rather incredibly, SmackDown wasn't finished serving up milquetoast tag bouts for your viewing erm...pleasure on Friday night. Oh yes, the promotion put on a third snorefest. It had 'Mania implications as well, but that wasn't enough to save it - same goes for Waller and Theory vs. The Profits.
