By booking Wade Barrett's banter Nexus run-off stable The Corre to beat up Vladimir Kozlov at Axxess over WrestleMania weekend, WWE presumably they'd provided all the protection the stable's reputation needed at the 'Show Of Shows'.
Only that can justify how the group were only given 1:32 before The Big Show, Kane, Santino Marella and late substitute Kofi Kingston barrelled through their finishes en route to an effortless victory.
It wasn't the only super-short match on the show (and more on that later), but the other stifled scrap at least had a celebrity. With the exception of McMahon's faithful seven-footers on the babyface side, this contest barely featured anybody remotely resembling a star.
