2. Street Profits Show An Edge

It’s taken a while, but the Street Profits finally started showing a bit of a heelish edge recently that’s long overdue.

The popular duo have been portraying smiling babyfaces who almost act as carnival barkers on Raw. They’re great messengers for Raw, and they have the potential to grab the spotlight periodically, but they’ve always lacked that killer instinct you want an act to have.

Monday, the Profits came to RK-Bro’s aid, fending off the Alpha Academy, only to turn on the tag champs to clearly show that there are no friendships when it comes to the Raw Tag Team Championship. It also showed Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford aren’t just happy to be there, which is a rare criticism that’s been well-deserved since their callup.

There’s nothing saying the Profits have to turn heel, but this edge can only help them overall.
