4 Ups & 7 Downs From WWE Raw (March 21)

Ups…

4. Veer Is Coming!

Perhaps this item is a bit sarcastic, but we're going to do it anyway.

Veer Mahaan's arrival on Raw finally has a date: April 4th, the Raw after WrestleMania 38. And for that alone, we're going to give this an "up." In case you've been living under a rock, Veer has been a walking meme for wrestling fans, as his re-debut on Raw has been built up via vignettes for five months, the longest such build in recent memory.

By the time he finally does show up in two weeks, it will have been six months since he was drafted to Raw, which is an insane stat when you think about it. There's a damn good chance Cody Rhodes will debut before him, assuming the son of a son of a plumber competes at WrestleMania.

Hopefully, none of this is held against Veer, and here's hoping that he actually does well after all this buildup. It would be awful to have six months of promo videos and then flame out because "creative doesn't have anything" for him.
