2. McIntyre Still On Fire

The glacial-paced heel turn of Drew McIntyre has been a consistent joy to watch on Raw each week.

McIntyre continued his slow waltz toward the dark side Monday, giving Jey Uso a “pep talk” about losing the tag titles last week, advising him to “get over it,” as some have suggested Drew do about his distrust of the former Bloodline member. Then he went out and beat another former member of the Bloodline, toppling Sami Zayn – with a little help from Rhea Ripley.

Drew is still slapping hands with fans, and he’s not outright cheating to win, but he’s picking up victories due to others’ involvement, and he’s clearly over being the virtuous babyface who stands up for what’s right. He’s out for himself and very clearly stating that position.

It’s fun to watch, especially while competing against someone beloved like Zayn, showing enough shades to reveal that a change is coming.
