4 Ups And 3 Downs From WWE NXT (Oct 21)

3. It Was Flee, Austin (It Was Flee All Along)

Theory Reed

Here's one for you. What happens when you take you a heel whose in the midst of a sympathetic dignified-in-defeat push up the roster, and put them against a quietly over colossus who's actually got the frame and the style of a vicious heel?

Well, you a complete mess.

Theory, despite how unlikeable and obnoxious his character is, has done really well in matches against Adam Cole, Johnny Gargano, and Dexter Lumis. He's taken bonafide main-eventers in this company to their limit, and was low-key engendering some support while high-key demanding some respect. It didn't make a lot of sense, but it was at least interesting.

Getting thoroughly jobbed out to Reed here... twice... with the second go lasting all of 13 seconds... and then quitting the company, pretty much does all of the good work up until this point. Here lies a petulant, untalented dork who, for the last month or so, has been pitched as a possible future star of the company. What an enormous waste of everyone's time.
