4. Winner: Bray Wyatt

It would be nice if, at some point in the future, WWE decided to give Bray Wyatt a clean win over credible opposition. It seems like the guy never wins without heavy interference, and after Luke Harper’s involvement at No Mercy, Bray profited from another interference last night. Randy Orton’s RKO allowed him to steal a win over Kane, with whom he has traded a number of shady wins and losses lately.

Bray’s biggest win of the evening, however, came from Orton’s apparent surrender. The Viper has given up trying to fight the Eater of Worlds, and if his Wyatt Family affiliation is genuine, Bray has gained a powerful new ally. Orton is still one of WWE’s biggest stars, and with the Wyatt Family short on numbers, he’ll add some much needed presence to a stable sorely lacking in credibility.

Though Orton appeared to be willing to go toe-to-toe with Wyatt’s psychological warfare, it looks like Bray’s indoctrination has won for now. It might to too late for WWE to regain the attention of those who’ve already lost interest in the feud, but Orton’s turn is a new wrinkle to the ongoing rivalry, and even if it ends in tears, last night was Bray’s most decisive “win” over Orton yet.
