3. Kenta Is Now Hideo Itami

One of the most hotly anticipated moments of the entire Takeover broadcast was the official arrival of Kenta. The Japanese sensation is one of WWE€™s newest signings -- along with Fergal Devitt, Kevin Steen, and Willie Mack. The NXT Universe showed Kenta great admiration and respect upon his arrival to Full Sail University. The internationally renowned superstar greeted the fans in English, before cutting a lengthy promo in Japanese. Kenta then revealed that he shall be known as Hideo Itami henceforth. Itami stated that his immediate goal was to become the new NXT Champion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0P9_GCK91qY Suddenly, the welcome party was interrupted by the Ascension. Konnor & Viktor came to the ring and quickly tossed Itami to the outside. The duo then demanded a rematch for the NXT Tag Team titles from William Regal -- the General Manager of NXT. However, Itami was having none of it, as he re-entered the ring and quickly took the fight to the Ascension. After delivering a double dropkick, sending the massive duo to the floor, Itami retrieved a chair from ringside. He set it up in the middle of the squared circle and sat in it, daring Konnor & Viktor to continue to mix it up. It was also announced that Itami will make his in-ring debut during next week€™s NXT broadcast.
