5 Brother Vs Brother Wrestling Matches That Ruled (And 5 That Sucked)

And 5 That Sucked...

5. Booker T Vs. Stevie Ray (Souled Out 2000)

Harlem Heat were a very popular tag team during the mid-to-late 90s. Popular, but not necessarily great workers. Indeed, their matches usually ranged from mediocre to outright terrible. Although Booker T developed into a hell of a worker during WCW's dying days, Stevie Ray never really progressed. The Harlem Heat boys began feuding in late 1999 after they were joined by female bodybuilder Midnight. Stevie objected to her help, eventually leading to a match between the two. After he was beaten by a surprise roll-up, Stevie turned on both Midnight and brother Booker. It wasn't the most inspiring feud. WCW were in pretty dire straits at this point in time and Booker really should have been being groomed for a top spot, not feuding with his sloppy brother. Their match at Souled Out in January 2000 wasn't very good at all. It was essentially a series of chinlocks before Big T (Ahmed Johnson) rant in for the DQ after just 6.29 minutes of action. After the match, Booker began feuding with Stevie's hangers-on over the rights to the Harlem Heat name. Poor guy.
