5 Celebrities You Didn't Know Were Wrestling Fans

2. Adam Sandler

Nowadays Adam Sandler is not really known as a comedic genius according to most critics, but you can't deny the fact that the man has made a ton of money and has produced some comedy classics in his time Adam Sandler found mainstream success as a cast member of the sketch comedy show "Saturday Night Live." From there he went on to star in classic comedy movies "Billy Madison" "The Wedding Singer", and "Happy Gilmore." He even founded his own production company and named it a mixture of his most famous roles; "Happy Madison." Sandler also has had success in dramatic roles too. His role in "Punch-Drunk Love" gave him a lot of notoriety as a dramatic actor. And his performance in "Reign Over Me" is quite amazing, too. Sandler is also quite the wrestling fan. If you watched WrestleMania 21 we even get a view of him from row one enjoying the show. He also has played a big hand in getting wrestlers into movies. Big Show appears in "The Waterboy", and The Great Khali, Goldberg, Kevin Nash, and Steve Austin appear in "The Longest Yard." Stone Cold also has a part in "Grown Ups 2." Sandler has even included a wrestling character into his movie "Billy Madison." It's not just Sandler though, his old buddy Rob Schneider seems to be a fan, appearing alongside Sandler at WrestleMania 21 and even hosted a competition in the Diva Search.
