3. Lita
Following the recent departures of Beth Phoenix, Kelly Kelly, Kharma and The Bella Twins, WWEs Diva division is fairly thin at present. In addition to this, WWE can no longer boast any female veterans on its roster. The likes of Mickie James, Victoria and Gail Kim are now with TNA and Trish Stratus has essentially retired from in-ring action. 4-time Womens Champion Lita has been retired from wrestling since 2006 but rumours on the dirtsheets suggest that WWE have reached out to her recently for a return. The high-flying diva was an entertaining and compelling member of WWEs roster for over 6 years. She joined the Hardy Boyz in Team Xtreme; where the trios alternative style and extraordinary in-ring abilities were celebrated. It was during this tenure that she became arguably the most popular diva in WWE history. Later in her WWE career, she aligned with Edge and became an extremely successful heel. Lita would definitely bring experience should she return to WWE and it would no doubt be a welcome homecoming with the return of her unorthodox style. Of course, we must take internet rumours with a pinch of salt but the general consensus is that a return is entirely possibly due to the 37-year old's friendship with current WWE Champion, CM Punk.
