5 Most Insane Things Happening In Wrestling Right Now (Aug 11)

3. Cats!

Last week, in celebration of National Dinosaur Day, the staffers at WWE.com created a gallery of wrestlers wrestling dinosaurs.

This week - because there's nothing funnier than running a joke into the ground, like the Fashion Police did with another edition of Fashion Peaks this week (what is it with Fandango and stretching premises within an inch of their life?) - we were treated to more animal-based insanity. "Superstars with cat heads" features several WWE talents with, yes, cats photoshopped on their heads. This is because the internet's fascination with cats has peaked, and WWE is nothing if not behind the curve.

The Alexa Bliss effort is half-decent, in that the cat's fur blends seamlessly into her hair extensions, but elsewhere the work is slapdash in the extreme - though the choice to turn the bald Cesaro into a Sphynx is fairly inspired, we'll give them that.

Really, they shouldn't have went to all that effort, meagre as it was. All they had to do was go on their own website, select any given picture of Stephanie McMahon circa 2013-2017, and recycle them - everybody who stood in her way was made to look like a total p*ssy.
