3. The Brock Lesnar No-F*cks Marathon

Roman Reigns

Wait. Wait. Is Roman Reigns a heel?

After his criminal exploits at Great Balls Of Fire, he interrupted the segment between Kurt Angle, Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar on RAW. Angle said Reigns had a lot of nerve showing up after the stunt he pulled the previous night. Reigns protested by incorrectly pointing out that Lesnar was a part of the Attitude Era, when these things happened all the time. Presumably he wasn't watching in 2002, the year of Lesnar's main roster debut, when the words RUTHLESS AGGRESSION lost all meaning. He then challenged Lesnar for his retained Universal Title even though, in prime 50/50 booking, he lost his match against Strowman at the pay-per-view. Lesnar was either unimpressed at Reigns' grasp of history - or, more likely, since he couldn't give two sh*ts about that - the weight of his challenge.

He grabbed the mic from an interested Heyman and said "You've gotta be kidding me. You actually think you deserve a shot at this? You don't deserve sh*t, buddy!" Hilariously un-PG Lesnarisms aside - is Roman Reigns a heel? He's out there on RAW, demanding title shots (championship opportunities, apologies) having lost his last match.

The WWE rule of thumb is that something is only intentional if Michael Cole batters you over the head with it. He hasn't yet told the audience about Reigns' "change in attitude" seventy two times, so Reigns, it would seem, is still a babyface. Except he is a heel who isn't a heel. So he is a babyface? Who the hell knows anymore.
