5 Positives & 5 Negatives Heading Into WWE Money In The Bank 2017
1. Positive: Plenty Of Realistic Winners
Going back to that star-studded men’s Money in the Bank match, and one final positive about this year’s field is that you could realistically make a case for just about any one of the six men taking home the briefcase.
In previous years, we’ve seen undercard guys like Sin Cara and Alex Riley feature in Money in the Bank ladder matches - undercard guys whose chances of winning such a major match were somewhere in the region of slim to none.
This year, however, we are faced with a line-up featuring bona fide main event talents like AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura, fellow former World champions in the form of Kevin Owens and Dolph Ziggler, and guys like Sami Zayn and Baron Corbin who are certainly future World champion material.
Corbin may enter the match as favourite, but any one of the other five could easily be considered conceivable winners - even Dolph Ziggler. Maybe.
Then looking over at the women’s match, Charlotte, Natalya or Becky are all in with a very believable shout, meaning both Money in the Bank matches are perfectly poised heading into this Sunday’s show.
