4. Positive - Kept Them Away From Each Other

Another great part of this rivalry has been the fact that neither man has laid a finger on the other over the course of the weeks-long build.

I guess this was made slightly easier by the fact that neither of them are exactly what you’d call full-time members of the current roster, but that only goes to show that even the most limited of schedules can be used to great effect.

This past week there was more than just a tease of the two locking horns, with both men standing opposite each other in the ring while separated by a line of security. Crucially though, rather than degenerating into the usual fracas, Lesnar and Goldberg kept their distance, before the latter took out half of those unlucky officers and sent the rest scattering to give us a taste of what could be to come.

It was another well-handled segment that sufficiently hyped their match-up without giving away too much, making us all the more eager to see them go at it this Sunday at Survivor Series. Or at least, making me all the more eager to see them go at it this Sunday at Survivor Series.
