8. Negative: Linda McMahon May Become A "Pay To Play" Example

Part of the criticism WWE is likely to receive as a way to undermine the next President of the United States comes from the recent report that Linda McMahon is being considered for a position in Trump's cabinet. Several major news outlets recently reported that Linda is being strongly considered as the Secretary of Commerce.

Linda's past political experience includes two failed runs at the United States Senate in 2010 and again in 2012.

The problem lies in that it has also been reported by The Washington Post that Linda McMahon donated nearly $6 million dollars to aid in Trump's presidential campaign. This would make Linda one of the highest donors of the entire Republican party.

If Trump were to select Linda for his Secretary of Commerce, the reputation that it's "pay to play" with Trump would be very high as many would consider the Cabinet position a reward for McMahon's massive financial contributions.

To make matter worse, Linda, the founder of women empowerment group Women's Leadership Live, was quoted back in March of 2015 as calling Trump's comments about women "deplorable". Despite the controversy surrounding Trump's comments about women, McMahon continued to support the Republican candidate and it appears that her support and dreams of moving into the political arena may have finally paid off... literally.
