5 Reasons Dean Ambrose Is The Next Stone Cold Steve Austin
4. He Needs Bad Ass Merch
One of the things that helped propel Stone Cold Steve Austin into being the face of the attitude era was the fact that the guy sold a lot of merchandise. Its hard to keep a guy down when he moves product the way that Steve Austin did with his t-shirts. The fact is that almost all of his gear available for purchase looked cool. It looked like something you could wear in public without fear of sticking out like a sore thumb or a fruity pebble. CM Punk had a few shirts like that in recent memory, but a lot of WWE merch these days is geared toward children as something they can wear at 6-8 years old and nobody would bat an eye. Something that would help Dean Ambrose reach the next level of stardom would be to have great merch on the market, that adults could buy and wear around without looking like theyre overgrown babies. The new Dean Ambrose hoodie is a great start. That thing looks cool and not completely cheesy like a lot of the most recent fluorescently colored WWE shirts on the market right now (John Cena, Usos, and most of Daniel Bryans shirts). More gear like that and Dean Ambrose will become a household name in no time.
