Note: It's now being reported that The Undertaker will still be part of UK's tour and could still be wrestling at live events. The text for this entry was written before this news.

When the Undertaker was pulled from three of the five dates he had been announced for on WWE's forthcoming European Tour, the rumour mill ramped up yet another notch. Much like his farewell tour towards the end of 2015, many believed that these appearances in Europe were something of a goodbye from Taker to his fans overseas.

Well, all of this has been blown up even further by the news that Taker has indeed been pulled from all of the events he was booked for on the tour. Kane will replace him in his bookings, a decision that will most likely please a grand total of zero people.

It could be speculated that Taker being announced for the tour was done with one eye on ticket sales, but this would be a fairly cynical view too. It is just as plausible that Taker is done, and going out at WrestleMania makes more sense than on an overseas tour.
