5 Terrible UFC Fights That Ended Via Highlight-Reel Knockout

3. Holly Holm Vs. Bethe Correia

After losing three in a row and falling from her unbelievably high perch after dethroning Ronda Rousey, Holly Holm faced Bethe Correia in Singapore. And it was the main event no less.

Correia was a former title challenger herself and happens to be the last woman that Rousey would earn a win over in MMA. The matchup between her and Holm at the time seemed fine ... but it definitely didn't belong as the top billing to any card.

Holm was the clear favorite and not a soul expected her to lose this designed rebound fight. It could even be argued that it was meant to act as a showcase as well. A reminder that Holm was still a legitimate threat if you will.

Well, Holm would win the fight. But it couldn't have been any more of a snoozer. As she utilized her patented footwork to maintain distance and counter when necessary, Holm picked apart the equally hesitant Correia. By the fight's end, Holm had out-landed Correia a mere 25 strikes to 21. The action was so limited that the referee warned the two to start engaging in the third round.

After that happened, Correia began to get fired up herself and called Holm on with some taunts. As she came in, Correia ate a vintage Holm head kick that dropped her. A punch from Holm followed and put the Brazilian out. This has legitimately been Holm's only real highlight since defeating Rousey and it came at the tail-end of one of the worst fights ever.
