2. Who Got The Last Laugh?

One of the most anticipated matches on the Bound For Glory is the main event, Austin Aries vs. Johnny Impact for the World Championship. Both were on opposite sides of a six man tag team match to see who would have the last laugh heading in to their New York showdown.

The past two weeks have seen Impact get the better of the champion, having the clear advantage over his adversary. As a result, Aries required a much-needed victory here to have any momentum heading in to BFG.

So it was a good thing when he did actually win. Not only did he win, but he got the decisive pinfall over Johnny Impact. If there ever was a way to make an impact (no pun intended) before a big title match, then this was definitely it, pinning your challenger's shoulders to the mat, albeit with some help from Moose and Killer Kross.

It was refreshing to see Aries - the reigning champion remember - actually standing over an opponent for a change.
