5 Ups & 2 Downs From This Week's Impact Wrestling (Mar 8)

1. Dark WAR, Not Match

The Dark War between Rosemary's team and Su Yung's team had been a long time coming. Ever since The Demon Assassin made her proper return at Homecoming in January, you just knew a match (either a singles or a multi-woman) was on the horizon. That's where we got this Dark War from.

With Rosemary and Allie both having their souls on the line, you would've thought it would be more of an all-out brawl rather than a proper six woman tag match. Unfortunately, a brawl is not what we got. Tags were used throughout the match, and it wasn't until the latter moments that things became chaotic. It was made crystal clear that the Dark War was just a fancy headline for the match - the only difference was that we had red lighting for the duration, which looked rather nice in fairness.

Rosemary is now in possession of Allie's soul (wrestling's properly weird sometimes). This calls for one of two things; it'll either be an entertaining angle where the real Allie comes back into the mix, or it'll lead to nothing and Rosemary will control Dark Allie as opposed to Su Yung. Only time will tell.
