They're yet another short-lived unit too, and therein lies the problem.

Triple H's creative team scripted a face-to-face between Raquel/Aliyah and IYO/Dakota to hammer home that deep sell for Monday's title match. It's gonna be a proper struggle for WWE to convince anyone that the faces have a hope in hell of winning on Monday night.

Those belts already belong to Damage CTRL, and nobody can tell this writer different. Hopefully, once SKY and Kai win the things, this women's tag division can actually get on track for the first time in years. If not, then WWE should seriously think about scrapping the entire experiment before 2023 dawns.

Yeah, this probs isn't the big time finale that Trips had in mind when he laid out this tournament. Man, even heel vs. heel work between Toxic Attraction and CTRL would've been better than seeing Aliyah forced to play someone who's way in over her head compared to partner Raquel.
