2. Creeds Continue Tag Dominance

Chalk up another tag team victory for the Creed Brothers, as they steamrolled Judgment Day’s JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio Monday night.

The brothers utilized some of their best, flashiest work to put JD and Dominik down, lighting up the ring in the waning moments with their explosive offense, punctuated by a Brutus Ball to put McDonagh away.

Almost as valuable as the win, everyone backstage spent their camera time putting over the siblings, with New Day and Alpha Academy paying respect to them and offering advice and training opportunities. Even McDonagh and Mysterio put them over after the match, telling Damian Priest backstage that the Creeds were legit and not to be taken lightly.

Those interactions help pain a fuller picture of the Creed Brothers as a dangerous team and reinforce what fans saw in the ring. It might be a bit elementary and on-the-nose, but it serves the purpose of putting over the newcomers and number one contenders, so that makes all the sense in the world.
