2. Bit Of A Struggle

SummerSlam can't come soon enough for several matches.

Ronda Rousey vs. Shayna Baszler is definitely one of those, and so is Ricochet vs. Logan Paul. Rico's tough guy act and pay-per-view challenge this week failed to elicit much of a response from the Florida masses. They barely reacted to his "arrogant pr*ck" line too.

Some physical stuff post-Paul ambush fared a little better, but everyone just wants to get down to business with the actual match. These verbals, whilst hardly horrible, haven't really been cutting it either. WWE probs burned through everything Ricochet and Logan had to say several weeks back anyway.

Paul calling out individual fans and saying things like, "You need to get laid, virgin" felt like something from a bygone era too. Being brutally honest, the whole segment came across like two dudes pretending to be tough. It was a little too forced.

At least the match will be good, eh?
