3. Bianca Belair Qualifies

Putting Bianca Belair in the Elimination Chamber match is another top decision from Trips. The 'EST' just enhances everything she touches, man. She's one of the best all-round workers in the women’s division, and is someone who has managed to maintain star quality despite not being a featured singles for a while. That takes talent. Better yet, Belair still has a big story on ice with Jade Cargill and Naomi.

Either Naomi or Bianca will turn heel, surely.

Special mention for Piper Niven too, because she brought her ‘A’ game for this match vs. Belair and can be real happy with her performance. The Kiss Of Death teases before the finish were good, then Belair finally hitting it looked awesome. That was some show of strength. One gets the feeling WWE could ask anything of Bianca and she'd find a way to make it work; she has that Shawn Michaels quality about her, and that's high praise.

There were wobbles last year when it looked like Belair was going to turn heel. WWE never seemed certain whether or not they actually wanted to go through with that, but they're on the right course nowadays. As far as straight ahead Chamber qualifying matches go, this was a good 'un. It's well worth checking out.

Niven will presumably split from Chelsea Green during the road to WrestleMania 41 (for a match at it?) or shortly afterwards. Their story took a major turn at the Rumble when Piper accidentally eliminated her 'fearless leader'. The writing team will come back around to that eventually.
