5 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Nov 18)

Ups...

5. Benefit Of The Doubt

Emma Madcap Moss

Keep an eye on this story.

Sure, there are some worrying splashes of Emma going all misty-eyed for Madcap Moss and looking foolish as a result, but it's too early to know for certain whether that's where WWE plans on going. So, it's important to give creative the benefit of the doubt here - at least they're doing something with the pair.

Cut the high school flirting, book this as a proper budding romance and you may well reap rewards. Emma coming out to comfort Madcap after losses isn't a bad idea, because it guarantees both some much-needed screen time and a sense of purpose. Fingers crossed the pair can make the most of that.

In one segment, WWE managed to launch some new direction for two workers and give Karrion Kross another win. It's hard to complain about that. Again, keep things respectable between Emma and Moss (don't turn them into Otis and Mandy Rose, basically) and they'll be fine.
