5 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Rampage (Nov 18)

4. Another Nothing Feud

Best Friends The Factory AEW

Then, there's this tripe.

Best Friends challenging The Factory for Full Gear's pre-show is one multi-man effort the card certainly doesn't need. Also, Danhausen's "spooky little video" was over in a flash, and everybody knew he'd be Best Friends' partner for some bout vs. QT Marshall and pals anyway.

The dude was piledriven onto some ring steps, and Tony Schiavone made a huge deal out of the fact that AEW staff hadn't heard from Danhausen all week. Then, like magic, he's back on telly so he can get booked in a five vs. five match? Jesus, that was quick!

Marshall went on to brush Danhausen's involvement off, which made it feel inconsequential and pointless. Sometimes, it's like AEW is trying act all cool and aloof with this stuff, but it just comes off as plain bad and like these skits were penned by some kid playing EWR.

Is that harsh? It might be harsh, but it's so frustrating.
