5 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Feb 10)
3. Jimmy And Jey Get Along
Blood is thicker than walkouts.
Jimmy Uso called his brother Jey several times before the 'Right Hand Man' showed up to wrestle Braun Strowman and Ricochet alongside his sibling. There was just the right amount of doubt about whether or not Jey would show, so much so that Jimmy joked he'd need Paul Heyman as a partner.
It's smart of WWE to keep things simple between The Usos. They've already been through the wringer with Roman Reigns a few years back, and there'd be no need for more brotherly dissension to encroach on what Sami Zayn is doing elsewhere. That's a side quest The Bloodline doesn't need, basically.
Whilst true Braun and Ricochet were never winning the belts here, they did show some more potential as a tandem themselves. In fact, all four of these guys could probably produce good tag-team bouts in their sleep. This was absolutely fine, and answered the Jey question with authority.
