4. Hangman Page Rejoins The Elite

Boy-oh-boy, this was tremendously executed.

Hangman Page roared out to reunite with old pals Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks on the 18 May edition of Dynamite. He was the final piece of the jigsaw for The Elite vs. Blackpool Combat Club, and AEW's fanbase was absolutely here for it. They were loud.

A resultant 'Anarchy In The Arena' scrap between both squads at Double Or Nothing then earned rave reviews from most. Best of all, reuniting with The Elite was a change Hangman's career solely needed. He had to stop p*ssing around with The Dark Order etc, and get right back to basics.

Page seemed more important to AEW TV again immediately. There's just something right about seeing him line up next to Omega and The Bucks. This alliance is one Khan and pals can reap rewards from for a solid 12-18 months before moving on.
