5. Elias The Buffoon

If you knew that MVP was talking about Omos when he referenced the “2023 Royal Rumble winner” while talking to Elias, congratulations! You’re smarter than the average WWE babyface.

MVP ran into Elias outside Adam Pearce’s office and a confrontation ensued, with Porter threatening to have the next Rumble winner take on Elias. Like an idiot, the troubadour assumed he was talking about himself, laughed and called it a tune-up match.

Fast-forward to an hour later and Elias was stuck with a hang-dog look on his face when Omos came out for the match, knowing he assumed wrongly and was about to get his a** handed to him.

To his credit, Elias had a spirited little match (showing more babyface fire than Ali was allowed to), but the fact that he wasn’t smarter than a fifth-grader here just made this intolerable.
