4. Shane Antagonizes… Why?

Well, we’ve got our McMahon Main Event for WrestleMania 37 pretty much set up… Shane McMahon will most likely battle with Braun Strowman.

This became even more evident on Monday night when Braun launched into a rant against McMahon and Adam Pearce, only for the pair of officials to come down and talk to him. Shane decided to poke fun at Braun, then book him in a tag title match… with Pearce as his partner. This just opened the door to shenanigans, and that’s what we got.

Shane inserted himself into the match when it was clear Strowman could win by himself, insisting Braun tag in Pearce… who promptly got rolled up, enraging Braun, who screamed bloody murder at McMahon. All of it was just stupid and not even remotely compelling. No one should care a lick about any of this.

It’s worth noting that if we do indeed get this match, Shane will face a guy who just murked the current tag champs single-handedly, but the 51-year-old McMahon will somehow keep Braun on his heels with his Super Dave Osborne impersonation.
