5 Ups & 8 Downs From WWE WrestleMania 2

Ups...

5. Snakes And Ladders

George Wells Jake Roberts
WWE

Jake Roberts' squash win over George Wells was designed to get 'The Snake' over on the biggest possible stage, and to this end achieved far more than it's intention thanks to Wells' willing sales job of the ravenous reptile.

After Jake dropped him with his typically-devastating DDT after just three minutes, he unleashed his python all over the fallen foe, triggering all the convulsions and requisite salivary malfunctions that wrestling fans are fairly well-trained to expect.

Roberts looked dangerous, detestable and a touch disgusting in what for many a debut display - it's a shame he was so good that he couldn't stay bad a little bit longer.
