5 Ups And 2 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (28 Oct)
4. NXT Is The Industry Leader In Plucky Female Jobbers
First came Blue Pants, then came the Australian Duo of Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, now Shazza and Kay Lee Ray have joined the ranks of determined yet doomed freelance jobbers in the Women's Division. While the enhancement talent in the men's division - Danny Burch, Steve Cutler, Elias Sampson - haven't built a huge amount of crowd support (not exactly a problem with jobbers) the average jubilance that most of the females exhibit (3 of them come from Australia, it's an exuberant country) has engendered the fans towards cheering them. Kay Lee Ray received solid supportive chants in her futile effort against Nia Jax, as did Shazza, as much as the name Shazza makes me want to roll my eyes so hard I'll blind myself. Likeable enhancement talents are yet another boon to NXT's women's division, imbuing it with a great deal of colour and personality. After all, who can forget the thunderous pop Blue pants received in Brooklyn?
