5 Ups And 3 Downs From Last Night’s WWE NXT (Mar 16)

2. Divas' Revulsion

While the main event of the broadcast pitted Asuka against Emma, it wasn't the only women's bout on the show - earlier in the evening, Alexa Bliss (with Blake and Murphy by her side) took on Sarah Dobson. Unfortunately, this bout wasn't up to the lofty reputation the NXT women's division has set for itself. The match was short, but there were several blown spots. Bliss didn't look any better than some of the main roster's less capable divas, and Dobson was out of position on more than one occasion. Bliss scored the victory - after some help from the former NXT Tag Team Champions - when she hit the Sparkle Splash. Despite losing Sasha Banks, Charlotte, and Becky Lynch, NXT still has a strong women's division. This match, though, wasn't the best way to show that.
