3. Bizarre Nonsense Involving R-Truth And Goldust Continues

The questionable saga involving Goldust and R-Truth continued on SmackDown, and this time Tyler Breeze came along for the ride. In a kooky backstage segment, Truth and Goldust came to terms on the fact that they hadn't exactly clicked as a tag-team, but agreed to remain friends.

Intercepting, Breeze suddenly formed a new tag-team with Truth called 'The Gorgeous Truth'. Once that duo had disappeared, Goldust seemed sad and upset, which called for an appearance from Fandango. He consoled the veteran, and it looks like they might become a permanent team too.

There's an argument to be made that WWE are at least doing something with these 4 men, but the wacky nature of the skits is a little jarring. Comedy can be effective in wrestling when used sparingly, but all fans seemed to be told here is that 2 jobber tag-teams have been made.
