4. The Wyatts Promo Was Effective
The entire purpose of feuding against The Dudley Boyz, Rhyno and Tommy Dreamer was to re-heat The Wyatt Family back up following their loss to The Undertaker and Kane. By defeating the ECW Original crew at both TLC and on Monday Night Raw, there's now some momentum on the side of The Wyatts. That's really all they require, because the characters are interesting. Over the past few months, WWE have done an excellent job of letting the likes of Braun Strowman, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan do a little more talking. Bray Wyatt - as the leader of the group - is naturally still the one doing most of the promo work, but it's nice to see what the others can do when given lines to deliver. On Smackdown, every member of the faction spoke during a backstage promo. Generally, the content of the segment was standard Wyatt mind games. The only difference is that the group's recent actions now back up their words. This made the skit seem more credible, and it'll be interesting to see what their next move is. There's likely not a lot left in a feud against the ECW lot, so WWE should move Bray and clan on quickly into another rivalry to capitalise on promos like this.
