3. "You Look Stupid"
The second match of the evening pitted UK scene standouts Martin Kirby and El Ligero against one another, and the result was the most entertaining bout of the show.
Fans were on Kirby's case from the very beginning of the match, chanting "You look stupid!" at the skinny but feisty star. Ligero, for his part, decided to try and ramp up Kirby's frustration using some classic comedy spots - when Kirby went for a drop-down, Ligero laid down next to him. Kirby got up and laid down on Ligero's other side. It didn't bother Ligero the way it bothered Kirby.
Kirby was definitely game to come off looking like a fool. At one point, he whipped Ligero to the corner, where the masked man caught himself in a headstand. Kirby tried to copy it, but had a lot of trouble, then appeared to injure his groin. He then asked for a timeout because, in his words, "I've hurt my willie."
The match wasn't all comedy - the back and forth action was a lot of fun, too. Ligero picked up the win with a springboard Tornado DDT.
