5 Ups And 4 Downs From WWE King Of The Ring 2015

2. Is Crazy R-Truth Back? Who Knows?

Poor R-Truth. The man lost a highly entertaining gimmick as a paranoid, delusional heel nearly four years ago and hasn€™t been terribly interesting or relevant since. He€™s floated around in several roles €“ including an uninspiring run as WWE Tag Team Champions with Kofi Kingston €“ but nowhere near the level of Awesome Truth in 2011. Tuesday night, Truth delivered the same kind of crazed promo that he was known for in 2011. The only things missing were references to a conspiracy and Little Jimmy. Apparently, someone thinks the crazy rant about spiders will resonate with fans, when it was Truth€™s new-found attitude that made those promos powerful. What we€™ve been getting lately, is just random rantings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jA1yg5G7Dgs What stinks about this is that R-Truth still has something left in the tank, and fans very well could buy into a crazed Truth running around attacking people because he sees conspiracies or Little Jimmy told him to do it. Instead, we will get the WWE brand of €œcrazy humor€ as Truth is played for laughs instead of anything really interesting.
