5 Ups And 6 Downs From WWE Raw After WrestleMania 36

5. Carrillo… Exists

For a little while, it felt like Humberto Carrillo had turned a corner as a performer. But lately, he’s sunk back into his role of “solid performer, but bland.”

Sure, the luchador can fly and has skill, but he just isn’t connecting in the way you would want him to at this point. Something is decidedly missing, and WWE hasn’t been able to figure out how to plug the hole. His victory over Brendan Vink Monday night was just a paint-by-numbers match, that even had there been fans in attendance, the result regarding noise might have been the same.

Can we find a way to fix this, WWE? Carrillo has talent, but it’s just not working.
