The Cinderella story of the B-Team looks like it’s finally over, as Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas lost their Raw Tag Team Championship rematch Monday night.

The title rematch was somewhat competitive, with Dolph Ziggler taking some punishment for a couple minutes, but the end result was never really in doubt. Ziggler and Drew McIntyre’s victory closes a chapter in the tag division with a comedy duo holding the tag titles for nearly two months.

Axel and Dallas have their place on Raw, and while most people like a good Cinderella story, this one was more about dumb luck than overcoming odds, so it’s good the plug was finally pulled.
