5 Ups And 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Nov 26)

5. Cheap Heat Ad Infinitum

We’ve already reflected on Nia Jax using her accidental real-life injuring of Becky Lynch to get heat. WWE is clearly trying to make hay out of it, and while it’s gotten a couple negatives in these columns, we’ve mostly understood the desire to do it.

But Monday, it sounded like that was the only bullet Jax had in the chamber. She went back to the Becky Lynch broken face and concussion well multiple times, as if it was the only thing she had to fall back on, even as Ronda Rousey stared her down.

So does that mean if she hadn’t horribly botched a worked punch and not broken Lynch’s nose, then Tamina would be the talkative one in their duo? Because Nia really wouldn’t have much to say beyond being sole survivor at Survivor Series.

We get it, you legit injured a fan-favorite in Becky. Stop using it as your only crutch.
