The Raw Women’s Championship match between Bayley and Charlotte Flair was looking like a pretty good bout as the semi-main event Sunday night, with both women putting in a solid effort, when the wheels fell off the bus in the final two minutes.

Charlotte had committed the surprising act of sending protégé Dana Brooke to the back before the match. But it was Sasha Banks who emerged first, running to ringside to nonsensically interject herself into the bout, accosting Charlotte on the outside. Still, the match continued, and Sasha again became part of the bout, this time pointing out to the referee that Charlotte had grabbed a handful of Bayley’s tights on a rollup. A few seconds later, Bayley scored a Bayley-to-Belly and the pinfall.

None of this made any sense… unless Sasha suddenly turned on Bayley, proving that she only helped her out because she felt that her friend was an easier target for the Raw Women’s Championship. But instead… nothing.
