5. Not Ready For PPV

Can someone explain why Bayley/Dana Brooke needed to be settled at a PPV? Aside from a fluke win where Dana clearly was supposed to use the ropes to cheat, Bayley has owned this feud, even planting Brooke last week after she was jumped during an arm-wrestling match.

The match itself was pedestrian at best, with Dana controlling Bayley by attacking her injured right arm. (At least she remembered to attack the correct arm the whole time.) But Bayley recovered and used the same arm for clotheslines and a corkscrew elbow. Even after Brooke broke out of a Bayley-to-Belly by attacking the injured arm, Bayley simply reapplied the finisher for the win.

Overall, it was an awkward, clunky match. Even as a cooldown match, it didn’t below on PPV. It might have worked better on Raw. Just please let this be the end of this little feud.
