3. Brie Bella
The Bella Twins have been polarising figures on WWE television since their debut in 2008. Brie was always depicted as the sister with the lower ceiling, but she did get one run with the Diva’s title back in April 2011 - a full year before Nikki would get her hands on the belt. Brie just never clicked in the ring or on the mic in the same way Nikki did; always a credible sidekick but not quite on the champion-worthy level. Her time with the belt lasted a little over two months and marked the only time she would hold gold (or in this case, garish pink and silver) in WWE.
Make no mistake, The Bellas did a lot for women’s wrestling, in particular the mainstream attention they could generate. Despite many people's objections to them hogging the spotlight throughout their time in WWE, they fully deserve their place in this year's delayed Hall of Fame Class of 2020.
When it comes to Brie’s time on top, though, the less we talk about it, the better.
