Surely, ROH would want to use Green in a wrestling capacity if she's medically cleared to do so, particularly considering there is an open spot in the Women's World Championship tournament. She'll make for a class commentator alongside Lenny Leonard of EVOLVE fame, but nonetheless, ROH will have missed out severely if IMPACT have her wrestle first.
