5 WWE Comebacks That Should Never Have Happened

1. Tensai

tensai I'm not putting Tensai in the same category as the rest of these legends by any stretch of imagination however his return has been legendary for it's woe. Tensai then known as Albert debuted in WWE in 1999 and was used a mid/lower card player for most of his WWE stint. Say that when he was known as A-Train he did become part of Undertaker's streak at Wrestlemania. What makes Tensai's return so terrible is his successful reign in NJPW, competing against Brock Lesnar for the title and winning the tag team titles on multiple occasions. Although his success was exaggerated by the WWE, he certainly made an impact in Japan. Tensai returned to the WWE in 2012 after a eight year hiatus from the company. Lord Tensai was a big change from his previous gimmicks and things were finally looking up for the veteran scoring pinfalls over lower tiered superstars as well as wins against CM Punk and John Cena. In the next couple months things went drastically downhill and Tensai started a losing streak as well as losing a lot of his gimmick, including his manager Sakamoto (I'm sure one day he will be a WWE trivia answer). Tensai is currently in a team called Tons of Funk alongside the funkasaurus Brodus Clay, where he dances at the end of matches. We all feel for you Albert. " man came back to WWE after a successful run in Japan, only to fail to get over with the WWE audience and be relegated to jobber status and comedy with Santino by the end of the year."Pro Wrestling Torch analyst Benjamin Tucker on Tensai
