5 WWE Stars Vince McMahon Never Pushes At Money In The Bank (And 5 He Always Does)

1. NEVER Pushes - Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has received the worst possible booking a professional wrestler can at the Money in the Bank event. He has lost all the five matches that he has wrestled at this event. Back in 2015, John Cena defeated him in a one-on-one bout, and in the next three years, 'The Prizefighter' could not win the career-changing ladder match. Last year, Vince McMahon booked him in a WWE Championship match against Kofi Kingston. Continuing his losing streak, the Canadian wrestler succumbed to the New Day member.

Much to the astonishment of the fans, the creative team has not inserted him in any fresh storyline after he conquered a challenge from Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 36. On the contrary, Rollins finds himself in the world title match at this event. These signs quickly lead to the conclusion that the writers avoid pushing the former Universal Champion in this season.

His followers are still optimistic that Owens would substitute Apollo Crews in the ladder match this year, and break his losing spree.
